Full-cycle Shopify build and growth for a US HVAC (mini-split) retailer — custom theme, AI-powered product-recommendation chat, advanced filtering, and SEO from scratch. We then drove paid growth: product-feed segmentation for Smart Bidding, campaign restructure tied to real Shopify orders, a B2B/bulk funnel, and on-site conversion optimization.
