Platform Architecture

Designed the full SaaS data model: participants, awards, tickets, QR codes, payments. Mapped all user roles and admin workflows.

UI Design

Custom admin panel and participant-facing UI designed in Figma. Approved across 3 rounds of client review before development.

Development

Built on PHP with custom MVC architecture. Integrated Stripe and PayPal. Developed QR code generation, validation, and tracking system.

Email & Launch
