Conducted user interviews with bus ticket buyers and operators. Mapped the full booking journey and identified conversion friction points.

UI Design

Designed complete platform UI: search, booking flow, seat selection, payment, account management, and custom admin panel.

Laravel Development

Built full-stack on Laravel: route management, booking engine, payment integration, automated email/SMS confirmations, custom admin.

SEO & Launch

Structured data for transport routes, city-pair landing pages, Core Web Vitals optimization. Launched with full operator onboarding.
